Installing Plottr for Mobile

This article covers installing Plottr for iOS and Android, which requires an active Plottr customer license or Plottr Pro account – there is no free trial at this time. 

Please note you do not need to purchase a separate mobile device license via Apple's App Store or the Google Play store if you have an available license key activation in your account, or if you have Plottr Pro.

Installing Plottr for iOS

To download and install Plottr for iOS devices (iPhone and iPad):

1. Click here to visit Plottr on the Apple App Store
2. Download Plottr from the App Store to your device
3. Enter your customer email and password to activate your account

Installing Plottr for Android

To download and install Plottr for Android devices (Phone & Tablet)

1. Click here to visit Plottr on the Google Play Store
2. Download Plottr from the Google Play Store to your device
3. Enter your customer email and password to activate your account

Known Limitations

Plottr for iOS and Android does not currently offer all of the features available in the desktop (Windows and Mac) versions, but we are continuing to improve and add features to the iOS and Android versions over time.

• You cannot currently save custom templates on the mobile version of Plottr
• You cannot export your files to Word or Scrivener from the mobile version of Plottr
• The phone version of Plottr does not offer the Timeline functionality
